Spawns a tiny pool of slowing white creep that lasts for 49 minutes.

Does not spawn naturally and can only be obtained from a Fake Beggar, after which a Dealer will appear in the starting room of the next floor.

Approaching the Dealer will consume the card and spawn an item from the Contraband item pool.

Leaving the card on the ground and then leaving the room will cause a Snagger to appear and instantly steal the item and flee off-screen.
